Mr. Archibald is a Co-Founder, Managing Partner and serves as a member of the Investment Committee and Board of Directors of Pandion. Mr. Archibald brings over 21 years of commodities and mine finance experience to the firm. Prior to co-founding Pandion, Mr. Archibald most recently served as a Senior Vice President in the Precious Metals group of Jefferies LLC, Director at Deutsche Bank Global Commodities, and Senior Vice President at HSBC.
Mr. Archibald received his BS in Finance from Sacred Heart University in 1995 and his MBA from New York University in 2001.
Mr. Byrne is a Co-Founder, Managing Partner and serves as a member of the Investment Committee and Board of Directors of Pandion. Mr. Byrne brings over 20 years of experience in the metals and mining industry. Prior to co-founding Pandion, Mr. Byrne most recently served as the Global Head of Precious Metals for Jefferies LLC and Head of Base Metals Americas for Jefferies LLC. Prior to his 4 years with Jefferies, Mr. Byrne served as Global Head of Precious Metals at Prudential Financial.
Mr. Byrne received his BA in History from Boston College in 1994 and his MBA from New York University in 2003.
Mr. Geraghty most recently served for 2 years as an Assistant Vice President in the Structured Commodity Trade Finance team of Deutsche Bank. Prior to his position with Deutsche Bank, Mr. Geraghty served in a number of roles over 4 years in the Mining & Metals Finance teams of Standard Bank, BNP Paribas and WestLB. Mr. Geraghty has over 7 years of experience in the origination, execution and management of project / structured finance transactions in the natural resources sector, with more than 4 years of such experience directly related to the metals and mining industry.
Mr. Geraghty received his BA in Mathematics & Economics from Lafayette College in 2009.
Mr. Lashutka most recently served 2 years as Investment Banking Analyst in the Natural Resources coverage group of Morgan Stanley at the firm’s New York office and engaged in business development as well as the execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions. Prior to his position with Morgan Stanley, Mr. Lashutka served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps initially as Infantry Platoon Commander and later as Infantry Company Executive Officer.
Mr. Lashutka received his BS in Business Administration from Boston University in 2010.
Mr. Liberatori most recently served 2 years as Associate Director at Castleton Commodities International. There he supported logistics and operations, as well as being a contributor in various business development projects. Prior to his most recent position at Castleton Commodities International, Mr. Liberatori served 6 years at Morgan Stanley engaged in Commodities and OTC Derivative products, as well as business development projects.
Mr. Liberatori received his BBA in Finance from Loyola University Maryland in 2010.
